Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and near-native German speaker to join our team as a Sales Development Representative for the German market. As a key member of our DACH team, you will be responsible for developing sales in the German market and supporting our experienced sales managers in their existing customer retention and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and reaching out to new potential German customers through cold calls, emails, and sales tools.
  • Supporting sales managers with communication to customers, including email campaigns, creation of case studies, and database management.
  • Preparing and participating in industry fairs and events across the UK to generate new opportunities.
  • Developing skills to organize and run webinar presentations and software training sessions.

Requirements

  • A great energy and a self-starter attitude with a can-do approach.
  • A career in sales and a passion for developing new business with B2B customers.
  • A team player with a strong desire to create success within the organization.
  • An interest in learning the 360 Sales process to progress into more senior levels in the future.
  • Previous experience in sales is an advantage, but not essential, with a strong understanding of sales and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • The ability to work to KPIs and targets and enjoy achieving them.
  • Near-native German is essential.
