Job Title: Retail and Customer Service Tutor

We are seeking an experienced Retail and Customer Service Tutor to join our team at Rutledge Training. As a Retail and Stores Tutor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future leaders of the retail industry.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills and Customer Service to students studying on the ApprenticeshipsNI and Skills for Life and Work training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment to students
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans
  • Provide practical insights and real-world examples to equip students with the skills needed for success in the competitive retail environment
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum Level 2/GCSE English and Maths qualifications
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Retail and Customer Service
  • 2+ years' experience working in the Retail Industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full clean driving licence and access to transport
