Job Title: Theatre Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Theatre Nurse to join our team at Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust. As a Theatre Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating theatre and recovery room.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide evidence-based care to patients throughout their operative journey
  • Support and guide the theatre team within the clinical area
  • Assist with the training and development of junior staff and students
  • Take responsibility for running recovery rooms in conjunction with and in the absence of a Senior Theatre Recovery Nurse
Requirements:
  • NMC Level 1 Registration/ODP City & Guilds 752 or NVQ3 in ODP Practice
  • Experience of working in the appropriate care setting as a qualified or student nurse
  • Significant Theatres Experience
