Job Title: A&E General Nurse

We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Root-10 Limited, providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs in a 24-hour care environment.

About the Role

As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is provided to service users, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Providing effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care
  • Providing mentorship and support to team members
  • Observing, recording, and reporting service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
  • A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
  • A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
