Job Description

As an Electronic Engineering Consultant at Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our electronic products. Your expertise in electronic technology will be essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex issues on PCBA assemblies using advanced diagnostic tools.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis to determine the root cause of failures in electronic circuits and systems.
  • Test Analysis & Repair: Work closely with the test engineering team to develop effective testing procedures and analyze test failures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design, production, and quality assurance teams to implement corrective actions and ensure product reliability.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the debugging and testing process to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Degree or HND in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing or electronic product debugging.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in using electronic diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of Industry Standards: Familiarity with IPC standards and electronic component specifications.
