Key Responsibilities
We are looking for Healthcare Assistants with at least 12 months of experience in a hospital, residential, or care home environment. You will work collaboratively across various wards and departments as part of a multi-disciplinary team, embodying our Trust's CARE values.

Required Qualifications
Essential
- Literacy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6)
- Numeracy level 1 or equivalent (GCSE D-G, 3-6)
Desirable
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health or Health and Social Care or currently pursuing an award
- ESOL level 2 or equivalent (if English is not your first language)
Experience & Knowledge
Essential
- Experience in a customer-facing role or environment
- A minimum of 12 months of care experience
Desirable
- Previous experience in Health/Health and Social Care
- Familiarity with NHS/Social care systems
Skills & Abilities
Essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
