As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee complaints and providing guidance to managers.
  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and management.

Requirements:

  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a start-up or small business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HR software systems.
