About the Role

We're looking for a talented game designer who can craft engaging gameplay, game flow, and monetization features that align with our game's overall design and provide players with a rewarding experience. As a Senior Mobile Game Designer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing new features and documenting them in detail
  • Pushing the quality bar and fun-factor of the game
  • Utilizing data analytics to understand player behavior and preferences
  • Designing the in-game user interface elements for ease of use and navigation
  • Collaborating with the CTO, art director, artists, and Unity developers to ensure seamless integration
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 4 years of experience in game design, monetization, or a related field in the mobile gaming industry
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize assets for performance
