{"About the Role": "We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Careers Lead to join our team at Dibden Park School. As a Careers Lead, you will be responsible for implementing and evaluating our Careers and Employability Strategy and education programme. You will work closely with our teaching staff, administrators, and external partners to deliver high-quality career education and guidance to our students.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive Careers and Employability Strategy that meets the Gatsby Benchmarks and other legislative requirements.
* Provide guidance and support to teaching staff, administrators, and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality career education and guidance.
* Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop and implement policies and strategies for career guidance and employability.
* Evaluate and review the effectiveness of our Careers and Employability Strategy and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

* Level 6 Careers Lead or CEIAG Qualification.
* Further In-Service Staff Development and Training Experience.
* Work within schools or with young people in an advisory role.
* Leadership and Management Experience.
* Organisational and administrative skills.
* Interpersonal skills.
* Coaching and mentoring skills.
