About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our senior clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Support clients with mobility and transportation needs
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Hold a valid British driving license and have access to a car
  • Have a full DBS check and be able to provide two professional references
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Have a passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on people's lives
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rates (£12.00, £12.50, and £13.00 per hour)
  • Bank holiday pay (£24.00 per hour)
  • Mileage reimbursement (£0.30 per mile and £0.45 per mile with client)
  • Travel time payment (some restrictions apply)
