About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Paint Sprayer to join our client's highly efficient and professional body shop team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing spray and finish vehicles, ensuring accurate colour matching and meeting the Company and customer expected standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Understand spray painting technology, paint composition, and various methods of paint spraying. Stay updated with product developments and attend relevant training courses.
  • Perform vehicle preparation work, including masking, sanding, and other necessary tasks before painting.
  • Achieve the required finish and standard in spray painting, prioritizing customer care and satisfaction.
  • Use prescribed safety equipment and clothing, attend Company arranged medicals, and follow guidance provided by medical professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring Company tools and equipment are in good condition to minimize fire hazards.
  • Adhere to all housekeeping, health, and safety regulations applicable to your position and working environment.
