Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. The successful candidate will need to resolve breakdowns, reduce downtime, improve plant reliability, and support the wider internal team to solve problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform reactive and preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Resolve breakdowns and reduce downtime
  • Improve plant reliability
  • Support the wider internal team to solve problems
  • Work in a cold environment (all required PPE will be provided)
  • Work at heights
Requirements
  • Electrically qualified NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with mechanical experience
  • Experience of working with automation and PLCs
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team
  • Willingness to learn and improve your skillset
  • Ability to drive and travel to site
  • Ability to work at height and in a cold environment
  • Happy to work a continental shift pattern of 2 days followed by 2 nights on a 4 on 4 off rotation working 07.00 to 19.00 and 19.00 to 07.00
