About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading consultancy business specialising in tax, accounting, and finance. The company is seeking an experienced Tax Enquiry Consultant to join their dedicated team, who specialise in tax investigations/enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage compliance cases for clients, undertaking research and providing written advice.
- Provide technical assistance and liaise with HMRC.
- Attend dispute resolution meetings and prepare for tribunal in some cases.
Requirements
- Excellent experience across a range of direct tax matters within the UK in an accountancy practice, tax role in industry, or within HMRC.
- Involved in supporting clients with tax investigations.
- Relevant accountancy and/or tax qualifications beneficial but not essential.
