Position:
Mechanical Operations Manager (Building Services)

Work Schedule:
Standard working hours are 45 hours per week, with potential for additional hours due to the accelerated nature of the project.

Project Details:
This role involves overseeing a new healthcare initiative, which is being constructed off-site before final assembly.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
2. Managing mechanical subcontractors.
3. Overseeing material usage.
4. Monitoring productivity and quality of work.

Required Qualifications:
Possession of a CSCS Card (preferably trade-related) and SSSTS certification is essential.

Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial building services projects, such as educational institutions and office buildings.
