Position: HVAC Team Leader

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with flexible start times - 44 hours per week

Work Environment:
Engaging with Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all new HVAC installation projects, ensuring adherence to high standards and timelines.
  • Lead the installation of Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), ductwork, extraction systems, chillers, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, refrigeration units, boiler systems, and seismic bracing.
  • Mentor and train apprentices, promoting a culture of learning and development.
  • Manage a small team, ensuring effective and efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project teams and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Essential Qualifications: NZ HVAC Installer + Pipefitter certification OR HVAC/Commercial plumbing certification.
  • Driving License: Must possess a clean driving license.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading a team, meeting deadlines, and extensive knowledge of HVAC systems in commercial, industrial, and residential environments.
