  • Monitor vessel movements, handle equipment procurement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately input, retrieve, and report data, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Review and comply with risk assessments, legislation, and company procedures, ensuring a safe and secure working environment.
  • Collaborate with safety advisors on incident investigations and safety initiatives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Perform driving duties as required, such as transporting personnel and equipment, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Handle any other tasks within qualifications and training, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Full, clean driving license.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and familiar with AX, with experience in data management and analysis.

Desirable Qualifications/Competencies:

  • Membership in the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in the marine industry.
  • Experience in ship agency, particularly in the marine and supply chain industries, with a strong understanding of vessel operations and management.
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods by Sea, COSHH, and HSE awareness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting a safe working environment.
