About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Linde. As a key member of our Business Development Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading key business development activities for our healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a fantastic Sales team to strengthen, enable, and engage them to perform and be their best.
  • Collaborate with the Product Management team to identify and manage dynamic sales campaigns across the medical product range.
  • Support and advise across one of our specialist gases (Inhaled nitric oxide) to provide valuable insight and strengthen our presence within the NHS.
  • Work closely with multiple areas of the business, including Customer Service Centre, Account Management, Business Development, and our specialist Lifeline team and customers, to provide valuable support, insights, and input.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements and get involved in promoting and selling our new digital products and solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to inspire, network, and develop positive relationships with people both internally and externally.
  • Experience in a Sales, marketing, or commercial environment, with relevant qualifications in these areas being an advantage.
  • Pro-active and motivated to want to develop and learn new things, including learning more about the industrial gases industry, our products, systems, and services.
