We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Service Manager to join our team at Voyage Care Ltd. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of colleagues to help individuals gain more independence in their daily lives
- Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conducting care needs assessments and recruiting new colleagues
- Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits, as well as attending multi-disciplinary meetings
- Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day management of the service, including participating in the on-call rota
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care management role, with a Level 3 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
