About the Role:

This is a 6-week contract position (with the possibility of extension) that will support all replenishment planning activities globally. As an Assistant Planner, you will embody our company values and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess global replenishment forecasts for divisions and areas, promoting a culture of accountability for forecast accuracy.
  • Maintain global board line cards for replenishment items and ensure adherence to the replenishment monthly critical path.
  • Collaborate with designated regions to identify and maximize opportunities in replenishment products.
  • Determine long-range forecasting to support key vendor strategies.
Replenishment & Carry Forward Operational Management:
  • Assist in global single pool inventory management, including forecasting future procurement and weekly single pool stock allocations to regional contracts.
  • Be accountable for communication to regions on weekly allocation and stock drops.
  • Partner with regions to define optimal A&R parameters, driving global alignment and championing a unique relationship with an assigned region.
  • Alongside the Planner, assess global replenishment line cards and ensure adherence to global weeks of cover targets for both store and hub.
  • Alongside the Planner, drive the global replenishment buy process across all lines, actualizing against seasonal plans.
  • Assist in preparing insightful commercial analyses to highlight missed opportunities and hindsight for future collection guidance.
  • Assist other replenishment planners in coordinating regular free stock drops to optimize replenishment inventory.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning replenishment margin for input into seasonal plans.
Global Line Card Management:
  • Be responsible for maintaining parameters within global line cards across all replenishment and carry forward options, including addition and removals, seasonal setup, and link line management.
  • Be responsible for reviewing replenishment-sized procurement and driving SPI allocation to regions.
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining necessary line card functionality to ensure optimum process and changes in business process.
  • Be responsible for reviewing trading and buy summaries across the line card, flagging anomalies versus centrally defined hub WOC, Mins, and Maxes.
  • Be responsible for updating training documentation and driving ongoing training online cards across regions.
  • Be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with IT to ensure data inputs into the replenishment line cards are sustainable and fit for purpose.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a global planning role in a commercial and luxury environment at an Assistant/Allocator level.
  • Demonstrated experience across replenishment buy process.
  • Customer-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Experience with SAP would be advantageous.
