About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with top-tier clients, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment. As the new Head of Building Surveying, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business, supporting the growth and development of both the team and service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the dilapidations service line
  • Oversee a portfolio of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, industrial, office, student accommodation, and build to rent
  • Work directly with top-tier clients, offering a dynamic and rewarding environment
  • Support the growth and development of both the team and service offering

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification is preferred
  • Dilapidations experience
  • Strong technical and commercial ability
  • Previous team management/business development experience is ideal
