As a Sales Executive at KONE, you will be responsible for proactively developing new customer relationships, managing opportunities from existing and new customers, and closing deals professionally to increase KONE's doors in service and profitability.

This role is focused on new business sales within doors and turnstiles, and while industry experience is desirable, it's not essential. We're looking for someone who can sell with confidence and maturity, is digitally savvy, and comfortable communicating complex information and proposals to a wide range of stakeholders.

This position is ideal for someone who is hungry for success, collaborative in their approach, and able to influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for:

Customer Relationship Management

  • Develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
  • Accountable for developing KONE's position in your customer base or market area.
  • Create and communicate leads and sales opportunities for the entire KONE sales team.
  • Document customer and contact information, maintain customer data.

Sell

  • Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders, and contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Validate that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality, and safety.
  • Accountable for hand-over to Portfolio Managers and maintenance operations with complete and correct information.
  • Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks, and visits.
  • Timely and accurate reporting.
  • Some cold calling will be required.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Mastering customer contacts, presentations, and negotiations, closing deals, tendering process, aftersales activities, basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms.
  • Previous experience and results in Sales and customer relationship management.
  • Good IT skills, CRM Salesforce.
  • Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
