We are a luxury resort located on the banks of the River Thames, offering an exclusive leisure club, hotel, meeting and events space, restaurant, and bar. Our 25-acre gardens and grounds provide a serene atmosphere for our guests.
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Porter to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the flow of linen around the property, ensuring our housekeeping team has a ready supply of clean linen at the required times.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and deliver linen to and from the laundry department
- Strip and make beds on assigned floors
- Remove dirty linen and deliver it to the laundry department
- Deliver clean linen to the housekeeping team
- Turn mattresses as per the daily schedule
- Assist the laundry and housekeeping teams with their tasks when required
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
