About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affiliate Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of our global affiliate marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners, and managing relationships with existing partners to ensure continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Affiliate Marketing Strategies: Create and implement effective affiliate marketing plans to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify and Recruit New Affiliate Partners: Research and identify new affiliate partners that align with our brand values and goals, and negotiate contracts and commission structures.
  • Manage Affiliate Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners to ensure continued success and growth.
  • Manage Awin Platform: Oversee the management of our Awin platform for UK, US, and German programs, ensuring efficient ROAS and optimal performance.
  • Report on Program Performance: Provide regular reports on program performance to senior management and the wider team, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our ambassador and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of affiliate marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Affiliate Marketing Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, with a strong understanding of the industry and its trends.
  • Experience with Awin Platform: Familiarity with the Awin platform and its capabilities, with experience in managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze performance data and draw insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
