About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our iOS Foundations team at Gousto. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for improving the developer experience of our Product Engineers by working on the core aspects of our iOS app and the tools that support it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement high-quality software solutions for our iOS app, focusing on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features, and develop technical roadmaps to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain our Mobile CI infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of our app to the App Store.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to improve their skills and knowledge, and contribute to our iOS Guild to enhance our ways of working and codebase.
  • Apply lean methodologies to improve our processes and evolve our software through an iterative approach, focusing on delivering impact.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in iOS development, with a focus on Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
  • Proficiency in continuous integration and deployment, with experience in tools like Fastlane and Danger.
  • Excellent debugging skills, with the ability to systematically identify and resolve complex problems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with cloud services, such as AWS, and a deep understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
