Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Christmas Artist to join our team at Too Faced during our peak trading period. As a Christmas Artist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building rapport, and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building rapport and exceeding expectations
- Contribute to daily and weekly store targets during our peak trading period
- Support colleagues, working as part of a team focused on creating a memorable customer experience
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Adhere to all store/company retail housekeeping, health & safety, and security standards
- Make our stores peak ready by supporting the management team with visual merchandising changes and stock management
- Follow brand/store procedures when receiving, checking, unpacking deliveries, actioning stock movements, and following replenishment processes
- Keep up to date on company/store information by means of Workplace, team briefs, or any other forums the brand utilizes
