Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Category Specialist to join our Quality Management team at Interpersonnel UK Limited. As a Category Specialist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating automotive products to ensure they meet relevant specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis and inspection of automotive components to ensure quality and compliance.
- Accurately compile and document product inspections, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure seamless product delivery and quality control.
- Support external audit teams and provide technical expertise as required.
Requirements:
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above.
- Engineering or Automotive technical qualification desirable.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience within a QC inspection role (automotive preferred).
- Understanding of automotive braking and filtration systems.
- Proficient in the use of measurement tools within a quality environment.
- Good Computer literacy (Microsoft Office and web-based products).
- Ability to review, analyse and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
