We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team at High Speed Two (HS2). As a key member of our Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data and business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Manage Assurance Programs: Support the development and management of a risk-based assurance program, including reporting on progress against the plan and providing formal 6-monthly reports.
- Provide Data Insights: Assist with the provision of data and insights for quality and assurance reporting, including the Risk, Control, Assure report and Monthly Business Review.
- Manage Assurance-Related Information: Manage all assurance-related management information, such as action tracking and management of overdue actions for closure.
- Maintain Operational Assurance Maps: Assist in the maintenance of a business and project-wide operational assurance map and dashboard.
- Provide Analytical Support: Provide insightful analysis of assurance management information, clearly identifying and presenting issues, risks, and trends.
- Support IAAP Planning: Support the planning, scheduling, and approval of the annual Integrated Assurance and Approvals Plan (IAAP).
- Provide Data and MI: Provide data and management information for assurance reports, ensuring they contain sufficient detail, accuracy, and insights to enable appropriate management decision-making.
- Manage Assurance Performance Dashboards: Manage, create, maintain, and continuously improve assurance performance dashboards and management information.
- Support P-Rep: Provide relevant MI to P-Rep to support the management of actions and reporting of progress to P-Rep.
- Collaborate with Assurance Team: Work with other members of the Assurance team to provide analytical and data support.
- Consolidate Business and Project Assurance Data: Provide timely and accurate consolidation of business and project assurance data and analysis.
- Ensure Reporting Formats: Ensure reporting formats are up to date and that the Integrated Management System accurately reflects assurance reporting processes.
- Embed EDI: Actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in all your work, and support and comply with all organisational initiatives, policies, and procedures on EDI.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Analyst who possesses the following skills and qualifications:
- Distilling Information: Skilled in distilling information from multiple sources.
- Data Management: Data management skills to assess business information to identify and present key issues and trends.
- IT Literacy: IT literate with skills in reporting software, data systems including PowerBI, large Excel spreadsheets, and other MS Office applications.
- Management Skills: Management skills, working on multiple activities simultaneously and prioritizing the most critical activities to agreed deadlines.
