Share Schemes Tax Manager

Pro-Tax is seeking a highly skilled Share Schemes Tax Manager to join our Incentives and Reward team in Manchester City Centre.
About the Role:We are looking for a talented individual to support our clients in designing, implementing, and operating share and cash incentive arrangements in the UK and overseas. As a Share Schemes Tax Manager, you will be responsible for advising on commercial and practical issues related to the structure and design of employee equity and cash incentive plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Advising on the tax and legal implications of incentive plans for both employers and employees.
- Supporting companies with the implementation of equity and cash incentive plans in the UK and globally.
- Developing strategies for the tax compliant and tax efficient delivery of incentives.
- Drafting share plan and related employee communication documents.
- Assisting with preparing technical updates for clients and contacts on changes to tax and legal treatment of incentives.
- ACCA/ACA/ATII/ATT/CTA, Solicitor or Barrister qualification.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of relevant legislation.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
- Team player with a flexible approach and ability to meet deadlines.
