Our Team
We operate in a global market with offices in multiple locations, providing candidates with the best permanent and contract opportunities. Our team specializes in placing exceptional cybersecurity and forensic technology candidates across the globe.
The Role
We are currently growing our team and are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to pursue a career as a Recruitment Consultant. As a new member, you will start at Iceberg as a Resourcer, gaining market knowledge through your candidates and our comprehensive in-house training and development program.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting top cybersecurity talent
- Securing new business and working directly with clients
- Providing coaching and mentoring to junior team members
- Participating in thorough research and expertise to drive business success
Requirements
- High-energy sales professional with a competitive background
- Comfortable working in small teams and collaborating with colleagues
- Willing to work flexible hours, including occasional US hours
- Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Savvy, determined, and financially motivated individual

Interview Process
Our interview process consists of three stages:
- Screening call with Iceberg's Talent Manager
- Second-stage interview with one of Iceberg's Founders
- Final-stage interview with Founders and other Consultants
