Position Overview

Role Summary

We are in search of a committed and skilled Scientist to become a part of our MSAT (Cell Process) division. This position will require close cooperation with the Process Development and GMP Manufacturing teams within our Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in refining manufacturing procedures for therapies and propelling our next-generation products forward.

Core Responsibilities

  • Specialized Knowledge: Offer expert knowledge and practical assistance to the MSAT (Cell Process) division.
  • Process Innovation: Contribute to the design, execution, optimization, and assessment of new manufacturing processes within a GMP framework.
  • Project Oversight: Manage MSAT-related tasks across various projects, providing technical guidance with minimal oversight.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure meticulous and organized documentation, and develop relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments to achieve project timelines and objectives.
  • External Partnerships: Oversee and support external collaborations as an expert in immunology.
  • Technology Transfer: Facilitate technology transfer initiatives to both internal and external facilities.
  • Quality Assessment: Perform root cause analysis and evaluate deviations affecting non-product quality.
  • Documentation Evaluation: Draft and review batch records, bills of materials, and change controls. Assess the implications of changes to processes, equipment, or procedures.

Essential Qualifications

  • Process Development: Hands-on experience in applying design of experiments for process development.
  • Immunology and Cell Therapy: Comprehensive understanding of immunology and cell therapy.
  • Cell-Based Methodologies: Proven expertise in techniques such as flow cytometry.
  • Quality Management Systems: Familiarity with systems like Q-Pulse.
  • Technology Transfer: Knowledge of technology transfer processes and experience with Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs) is advantageous.
  • GMP Equipment: Prior experience with GMP equipment is required.

Educational Background
