About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Domestic Assistant to join our team at Akari Care. As a key member of our domestic and laundry team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our residents' rooms and communal areas.

As a Domestic Assistant, you will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will be responsible for assessing the domestic needs of all residents and implementing solutions to meet their individual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in residents' rooms and communal areas
  • Assess and meet the domestic needs of all residents
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and support
  • Adapt to changing situations and priorities with flexibility and resilience
  • Contribute to the creation of a warm and welcoming environment for residents and colleagues alike
