About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our Accident Repair Bodyshop Team in Portsmouth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess a wide range of vehicles using Audatex and calculate costings and time required for repairs.
  • Liaise with insurance engineers, write job cards, and contact customers to provide updates.
  • Carry out high-volume repairs to BSI PAS 10125 standards.
Requirements:
  • Effective workload planning to meet agreed timescales.
  • Ability to work skilfully and safely under pressure.
  • Adherence to manufacturer specifications.
  • Collaboration with the team and working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility in approach.
  • Continuous focus on high standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience as a VDA / Estimator in a Bodyshop environment.
