About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Collection and Delivery Driver to join our dedicated team at Parcelforce Worldwide. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels to households and businesses, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of parcels
  • Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to deliver excellent service
  • Lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
Requirements
  • Full UK manual driving licence (Cat B) covering up to 3.5 tonnes
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 30kg
  • Positive and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
