Job Summary:

Nuffield Health is seeking a skilled Swimming Coach to join our team. As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and approachable individual with great communication skills to deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes. You will need to have a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification and a passion for teaching people of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and inspire swimmers to achieve their swimming goals
  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons that meet the needs of our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of swimming lessons
  • Promote memberships by explaining the benefits of our facilities
