Business Development Director HGV/Specialist Vehicles Global Mobility Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to lead our HGV/Specialist Vehicles Global Mobility team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business through a mixture of telesales, cold calling, client visits, networking, and referrals while managing a portfolio of 'Specialist' accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through a combination of sales strategies and manage a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Self-generate leads and manage the sales cycle from beginning to end.
  • Deliver proposals, presentations, and reports to senior business leaders.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing deals within the HGV/Truck, Specialist Vehicle, or Refrigerated sectors.
  • Field-based business-to-business (B2B) sales experience with knowledge of selling services into Haulage, Logistics, or Fleet sectors.
  • Ability to influence key decision-makers and win new business across products/services into Haulage, Logistics, or Fleet sectors.
  • Strong internal stakeholder relationships to enable smooth service delivery for each client.
  • Management of sales targets and margin for an account portfolio.
