Taxation Strategy Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategizing and forecasting for corporate tax optimization during phases of heightened capital investment.
  • Evaluating and finalizing tax submissions for compliance and addressing associated inquiries.
  • Partnering with diverse teams, organizations, and colleagues on all corporate tax issues.
  • Ensuring adherence to tax regulations concerning financing structures.
  • Tax reporting for compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing and mentoring team members.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Experience in leading and nurturing team talent.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure or capital-intensive sectors.
  • Preferred ACA/CTA certification.
  • Desirable in-house experience.
