Mobile Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Manager to join our client, a pioneering tech company, and lead their growing Mobile Engineering function.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Native Mobile App development, with expertise in iOS and Android platforms. They will be responsible for fostering collaboration between engineering and product teams, advocating agile development best practices, and delivering engineering excellence through mentoring and code reviews.

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Mobile Engineering Manager to play a key role in the optimization of our client's multi-platform product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced engineers in building, secure, performant, and well-tested applications
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure engineering excellence
  • Advocate agile development best practices and foster collaboration between engineering and product teams
  • Deliver engineering excellence through code reviews and quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience leading an engineering team or teams
  • In-depth knowledge of Native Mobile App development with iOS and Android
