Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team at South East Water. As a Leakage Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing data to reduce water leakage across our supply network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns in water leakage.
  • Work closely with Regional Managers and Heads of Departments to develop and implement strategies to reduce water leakage.
  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the leakage team to target and prioritize interventions to reduce water leakage.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to data validation and auditing processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a data analyst or performance analyst role, preferably in the water industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand regulatory reporting requirements and data auditing processes.
  • Clean driver's license, with occasional travel required.
