Job Title: Bartender - The Hoxton Grill

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton Grill in Shoreditch, London. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for our guests, serving a wide range of drinks, and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our drinks menu, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to manage the bar area, including taking orders, serving drinks, and handling cash and card transactions.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, with a passion for learning and improving.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
