Position: Resident Liaison Officer

Salary Range: £26,600 - £33,300 & Car Allowance

Contract Type: Fixed Term

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

As a Resident Liaison Officer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary contact for resident inquiries and grievances, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Investigating and addressing all complaints, collaborating closely with the team.
  • Regularly communicating with tenants to ensure all issues are resolved and keeping them informed about the progress of work.
  • Consulting with and supporting residents before, during, and after property improvement projects.
  • Coordinating with tenants to schedule work appointments.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with both tenants and internal teams.

To excel in this Resident Liaison Officer role, you should possess:

  • Experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer, Customer Service Advisor, or Scheduler.
  • Background in social housing or relevant experience on a social housing project.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
