About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Work Package Manager to join our team at Thales UK. As an Industrial Work Package Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering work packages, including risks and opportunities, with the support of the Industrial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver work packages, including risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with the Industrial team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Provide support to challenges faced in meeting production schedule and costs
About You

We are looking for a talented individual with a confident, professional background in manufacturing who can help support the business as it evolves. You will have the ability to establish and meet deadlines, engage with all levels of stakeholders and disciplines, and take a calm, logical approach when reacting to challenges.
