Join Our Team as a Master Production Planner

About the Role

The Master Production Planner will be responsible for developing and communicating rolling master production plans for brewing and packaging operations in accordance with the Sales & Operations Process (S&OP). This role requires a strong technical background, preferably in a mid to large size brewery environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create aggregate rolling 12-16 week operations master supply plans to ensure proper product freshness and meet service level targets.
  • Coordinate the aggregate Master Production Plan with Material Buyers to align procurement and inventory strategies.
  • Communicate the aggregate Master Production Plan with Operations teams to align all resources and achieve master production plan and weekly production schedule requirements.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Innovation, and Production teams to ensure on-time execution of New Product launches.
  • Support the development of the Supply-side Sales and Operations Planning meeting agenda and content.
  • Assist in the management of Master Data to support planning and purchasing systems.
  • Develop and report on brewing and packaging Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Supply Chain tools and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or Finance.
  • Four years of experience in Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Four years of brewing, materials planning experience required.
  • Two years of production scheduling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated Continuous Improvement experience preferred.
  • Proficient level at Power Query, VBA, statistical packages, SQL, and other related software.
