About the Brokerage:

Position Overview:

  • Oversee the establishment of the in-house claims team
  • Enhance the client experience throughout the claims journey
  • Manage commercial insurance claims from start to finish
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the claims process

Core Responsibilities:

  • Process a variety of commercial insurance claims
  • Design and implement effective claims handling protocols
  • Coordinate with insurers, loss adjusters, and other stakeholders
  • Offer expert guidance to clients on claims-related inquiries
  • Support the ongoing enhancement of the claims service

  • Proven experience in managing diverse commercial insurance claims
