Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Practice Manager to join our team at Little Rock Equine Vets. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy equine ambulatory practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage office staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
* Coordinate staff rotas and ensure seamless coverage
* Oversee diary management, including on-call rotas and scheduling
* Manage debt control and insurance claims
* Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* Reconcile cash and card receipts on QuickBooks and the Practice Management System

Requirements:

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Practice Management Systems
