Job Summary:
Rishabh RPO is seeking a Medical Support Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Relaying messages to appropriate staff
- Scheduling appointments
- Interpreting and verifying provider orders
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Combination of experience and education
Work Environment:
This is a remote position that requires working eight hours per day, five days a week. Contractors must be present at the VAMC and perform the required services for the period specified in the contract.
Benefits:
Contractors will receive payment for any leave, including sick leave, vacation time, and authorized Federal holidays. The payment for any leave is the responsibility of the Agency.
