PSV Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PSV Supervisor to join our team at Kemp Recruitment Ltd. As a PSV Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our vehicle fleet, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all vehicle repairs are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise a team of technicians and support staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize vehicle availability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that all modifications, campaigns, and parts are properly managed and implemented.
  • Provide accurate estimates for customers and insurance companies, and handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and accessible to staff, and that all elements of housekeeping are maintained to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of managing/supervising people within a workshop environment.
  • Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience of providing quotes and liaising with insurance companies.
  • Active driving license and PSV License.
