About the Role

Person Specification

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience) in a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in statistical analysis, data analytics, interpretation, and management; reporting.
  • Knowledge of energy and net zero big data.
  • Working knowledge of GDPR compliance.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection Act.
  • IT/Computerized system design.
  • Previous line-management experience.

Desirable

  • Working with a range of public sector functions including finance, property, sustainability/climate change.
  • Knowledge of the Net Zero and energy policy landscape.
  • Familiarity with Government Grant Funding Schemes.
  • Understanding of domestic retrofit and the delivery of retrofit projects.
  • Knowledge of PAS2035:2019 and PAS2030 2019.
