Job Title: Account Director:in - Strategic Partnership Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Key Account Director to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring both strategic and tactical excellence in our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational development of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) solutions across the account
- Develop and maintain the Account Development Plan involving key stakeholders
- Develop and propose propositions, ensuring a pipeline of innovative solutions
- Set up and manage client interactions across the country account, focusing on innovation and best practice sharing
- Manage staffing and competence development of employees, ensuring a balance between resources and performance
- Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed contract requirements and operational processes
- Develop and lead the delivery of Soft and Hard Services
- Map and mitigate operational and commercial risks on the contract, optimizing profit
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:
- Good experience of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)
- Demonstrable experience of delivering Facilities Management services in both Hard and Soft FM, preferably in the Healthcare sector
- Experience of managing multiple teams and service streams
- Delivering in a complex environment, such as mental health services
- Strong financial management skills
- Experience of running a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement
