About the Role

The Head of Financial Accounting and Finance Systems will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the accounting records and financial reporting. This includes leading the preparation of statutory accounts, year-end audits, and month-end close processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance and accounting function, overseeing effective finance systems and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Manage and develop a team of financial professionals, promoting strong performance and consistent results.
  • Develop and implement strong financial controls, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Drive departmental efficiencies, improve processes, and strengthen financial controls.
  • Oversee the organization's finance systems, ensuring they operate effectively and under the right control environment.
