We're currently recruiting for experienced Business Development Managers to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for growing the customer base in different types of sectors, creating new revenue streams for the company, and managing and maintaining your accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate potential new leads
  • Attend virtual meetings to demonstrate how our product works and secure new business
  • Producing tailored proposals and converting to deals
  • Provide weekly forecasts to and keeping an active, organised pipeline
  • Being a supportive and productive member of the team

Requirements:

  • Two years+ sales experience (advertising, subscription-based selling, recruitment advertising would be ideal but not essential)
  • Experience conducting meetings with clients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Experience managing client relationships and understanding client needs
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to work towards targets

Compensation:

  • Full-time position with a salary of up to £32,000 - £37,500 per annum base
  • Uncapped commission of up to 20%
  • OTE - £60,000 per annum
  • Quarterly team socials
